Our board and its cohort go beyond the traditional finance background you would expect from a finance club. We recruit engineers, chemists, and even political scientists to cover different industries, and the liberal arts curriculum does the rest: students here take classes beyond their intended majors and build interdisciplinary skills across fields. Every analyst ends up with a different skill set, so each is tailored to a different kind of technical diligence. That breadth is one of the biggest advantages of working with Tufts students: our bandwidth goes above and beyond the typical finance-heavy talent pool.

How The Partnership Runs
- Term
- Engagements run one semester, September to December or January to May, with deliverables on a recurring cycle. Terms renew by agreement.
- Team
- Staffed as a pod once scope is set: a Senior Associate, an Associate, and analysts picked for the work, with board oversight.
- Cadence
- We meet with you weekly or bi-weekly. Internally the team convenes weekly, where analysts present to senior leadership first.
- Scope
- You define the verticals and the screening criteria. We calibrate in the opening weeks, so the first cycle comes back in your format.
- Overhead
- The work does not land back on your team: direction at the start of a cycle, questions through the pod lead, output already reviewed.
