Become an Analyst

Analysts do the work behind our partnerships: live sourcing, diligence, and market research for the funds we work with, with mentorship from the board and our advisors. We recruit at the start of each semester, and the next cohort begins in Spring 2027. No finance background needed.

  1. 01

    General Interest Meeting

Come to the GIM at the start of the semester to learn what the club does and what analysts work on.

  2. 02

    Application

Submit a short written application covering your background and interest in venture capital and startups.

  3. 03

    First Round Interview

A conversational interview focused on your interests, experience, and fit with the club.

  4. 04

    Case / Final Round

A short case exercise on evaluating a startup, followed by a final round with members of the board.

  5. 05

    Decisions

Offers go out shortly after final rounds. New analysts join the training program the following week.

Applications open at the start of the spring semester

Join the e-list to hear when they do, along with the date of the spring GIM.
